The Service: By placing an order, you are commissioning Double Boxed to source an authentic pair of base sneakers on your behalf and apply our specialized custom artwork, modifications.

Pricing: The total price listed on the product page is all-inclusive. It covers both the cost of the 100% authentic base shoe (sourced from verified retailers) and the fee for our custom design service.
2. Production & Shipping Times

Made-to-Order: Every custom pair is handcrafted to order specifically for you. Due to the complex nature of the customization process, please allow 7 business days for production before your order is dispatched.

Shipping: Once your custom sneakers are complete, they will undergo a final quality check before being shipped. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details the moment your package leaves our facility.
3. All Sales Are Final (Returns & Exchanges)

What to Avoid: DO NOT machine wash. Avoid harsh chemicals, acetone, stiff bristle brushes, high-concentration solvents, rigorous physical activities, or extreme weather conditions while wearing them. Creasing, scuffs, and eventual wear-and-tear are normal and are not considered defects.
