What conditions do I need to fulfil to return a product?

Returns can only be made within 7 days from the date of delivery if the item is in good condition and has a DOUBLE BOXED packing label included. Upon successful return, the buyer is entitled to a refund.

 

How long do I have to return my item?

You must send your return/exchange within 7 days of receiving your product. Any later than this and your return/exchange will not be accepted.

 

How do I create a return?

If you wish to return an item because you do not like it/size doesn't fit, please print the return packing slip from our return portal and send the item back to the address shown on the slip. Make sure to include the slip inside the return parcel. Once dispatched, please email the return tracking number to help@doubleboxed.co.uk. We will process your refund as soon as we receive the returned item.Please note that we do not accept returns sent via Evri. Kindly avoid using Evri for your return, as any parcels returned using this courier will not be processed for a refund.

If the item arrived faulty or incorrect, please follow the same steps above. In your email, clearly state the reason for the return and provide proof of the return postage cost. After we receive and verify the returned item, we will refund both the item cost and the return postage fee.

Please note that in all circumstances, a refund or exchange will only be processed once the returned parcel has been received and the item has been confirmed to be in its original condition.

By placing an order, you are deemed to have agreed to our return and exchange policy.

 

How long does an exchange take?

If you wish to exchange an item, please use the Return Portal to request a return for the original order.

To receive the product you prefer, please place a new order on our website for that item or size.

The refund for the original order is processed independently and has no connection to the new purchase.

Please allow 3-5 business days for your exchange to be processed. If we are out of stock of a requested size, we will contact you via email to discuss alternative options.

 

How long does a return take?

Once we have received your return, we will check to make sure everything coincides with our Terms & Conditions and we will process your refund within 3-5 working days. This will then show on your original payment method within 1-3 business days.

 

How do I cancel my order?


If you decide you do not want your order within 1 hour of purchasing please email our customer service team at help@doubleboxed.co.uk or get in touch via live chat. Please note our customer service and live chat is only available Monday to Friday 9am-5pm.

Due to how quickly we aim to dispatch orders, if this item has been shipped or it is past the 1 hour time scale, this order cannot be cancelled and the return policy applies.

NOTE: 10% cancellation fee is processed on all orders due to our payment merchants policies.
